It's a bit of a con to call it Beachwood Sparks with no Farmer Dave in the mix. Not trying to ruffle any feathers. It's just a fact based opinion. One of the main things that made the band valid was the chemistry betwen the 4 members. It's all fine and good if old friends want to get together and play again and have fun and make some money but to use the name in order to project the idea and convince people they'll be seeing the same band is a bit akin to Dewey Martin using the Buffalo Springfield name to play any old crap show at some suburban saloon or Mike Love using the Beach Boys name to play at the county fair. Had to say it.
